We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

• Quiz (soulfulcircle.world/quiz and related pages): Your quiz answers (relationship/desire pattern responses), email address (if you choose to receive results), and basic technical data (IP address, browser/device type, referral source).
• Waitlist / Community: Name and email address you submit to join the waitlist or private community, and engagement data (e.g., opens, clicks) once you receive our emails.
• Leidy D's offer: Contact details and any information you provide to purchase or access the offer. Payment is handled by our payment provider, Stripe; we do not store your full card details ourselves.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Our services are intended for adults.

• To deliver your quiz result and any related content — performance of a request / consent.
• To send waitlist, community, and offer-related emails — consent (you can withdraw anytime).
• To improve and personalize Soulful Circle — legitimate interest.
• To process payment for Leidy D's offer — performance of a contract.

The "Relationship Blueprint" archetype assessment provided by our quiz does not involve fully automated decision-making that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you. It is intended for self-discovery and guidance only.

We use the following third parties (processors) to run Soulful Circle. We have data processing agreements with each where required:

• MailerLite — email delivery and list management
• Lovable — site hosting and database
• Stripe — payment processing for Leidy D's offer

We do not sell your personal data. Some of these providers may process data outside the EU; where this happens, we rely on their Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Our website may contain links to external sites (e.g., social media or third-party platforms). Please note that we are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these external websites.

We keep your data for as long as you're an active subscriber/member, plus a reasonable period after (typically up to 2 years of inactivity), unless you ask us to delete it sooner or a longer period is legally required (e.g., financial records for purchases).

Under GDPR, you can:

• Request deletion ("right to be forgotten")
• Restrict or object to processing
• Request a copy of your data (data portability)

Our site uses only essential cookies to make the quiz, waitlist, and checkout work. We do not currently use analytics or tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this section and add a cookie consent banner.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
