We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

• Quiz (soulfulcircle.world/quiz and related pages): Your quiz answers (relationship pattern responses), email address (if you choose to receive results), and basic technical data (IP address, browser/device type, referral source).

  One quiz question invites you to describe your situation in your own words. This is optional and you decide what to write. Because relationships are personal, what you write may reveal information about your emotional wellbeing, your relationship or your sex life. Under the GDPR this counts as a special category of personal data, and we treat it accordingly: we only store it if you explicitly agree, we never use it for advertising or profiling, we never share it with advertisers, and only Soulful Circle has access to it.

• Waitlist / Community: Name and email address you submit to join the waitlist or private community, and engagement data (e.g., opens, clicks) once you receive our emails.
• Leidy Dahiana's offer: Contact details and any information you provide to purchase or access the offer. Payment is handled by our payment provider, Stripe; we do not store your full card details ourselves.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Our services are intended for adults.

• To deliver your quiz result and any related content — performance of a request / consent.
• To send waitlist, community, and offer-related emails — consent (you can withdraw anytime).
• To improve and personalize Soulful Circle — legitimate interest.
• To process payment for Leidy Dahiana's offer — performance of a contract.
• To store and read what you write in the open quiz question — your explicit consent, given by ticking the box before you submit. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing maleka@soulfulcircle.world, and we will delete that answer.

The "Relationship Blueprint" archetype assessment provided by our quiz does not involve fully automated decision-making that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you. It is intended for self-discovery and guidance only.

We use the following third parties (processors) to run Soulful Circle. We have data processing agreements with each where required:

• MailerLite — email delivery and list management
• Lovable — site hosting and database
• Stripe — payment processing for Leidy Dahiana's offer
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — analytics pixel, only activated after you explicitly accept cookies via the consent banner

We do not sell your personal data. Some of these providers may process data outside the EU; where this happens, we rely on their Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Our website may contain links to external sites (e.g., social media or third-party platforms). Please note that we are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these external websites.

We keep your data for as long as you're an active subscriber/member, plus a reasonable period after (typically up to 2 years of inactivity), unless you ask us to delete it sooner or a longer period is legally required (e.g., financial records for purchases).

Open quiz answers are kept for a maximum of 24 months, and are deleted sooner if you ask us to or if you unsubscribe. We delete them separately from your subscription, so you can ask us to remove what you wrote while staying on the list.

Under GDPR, you can:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion ("right to be forgotten")
• Restrict or object to processing
• Request a copy of your data (data portability)
• Withdraw consent at any time — use the unsubscribe link in any email for our mailings, or the "Change your cookie choice" link in the footer of this site for analytics cookies.
• Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (in the Netherlands: the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens)

In the event of an unfortunate data security incident, we are committed to informing the relevant supervisory authority and affected individuals in accordance with GDPR requirements.

Our site uses essential cookies to make the quiz, waitlist, and checkout work. With your explicit consent (via the cookie banner) we also load a Meta Pixel for analytics; if you decline, no tracking takes place. See our Cookie Statement for full details.

You can change or withdraw your cookie choice at any time via the "Change your cookie choice" link in the footer. Doing so brings the consent banner back so you can make a new decision; if you decline, the Meta Pixel is not loaded again.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

This privacy policy is governed by Dutch law.

As Soulful Circle grows, we will update this policy and revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated by email or on the site.

When you take the quiz we process your answers and, if you choose to receive your result by email, your email address. Your answers are used only to calculate your result.

One question invites you to share your situation in your own words. This is entirely optional — you can leave it empty and still get your full result. If you do write something, we ask you to tick a box confirming you agree to us storing it. We use it for two things: to understand what people are actually struggling with, so we can make Soulful Circle better, and, if you later work with one of our coaches, to spare you having to explain everything from scratch. We do not use it for advertising, we do not profile you with it, and we never sell or share it.

Quiz submissions are kept while you are an active subscriber and deleted after a period of inactivity (see section 7), or sooner on request. To have your data — including your quiz answers — corrected, exported, or deleted, email maleka@soulfulcircle.world and we will process your request within 30 days.
